Returns

At August Boutique, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind about your item, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable for change of mind purchases. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your selection, simply reach out to us at augustboutique@hotmail.com, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Faulty/ Damaged Items

Very occasionally, a product may develop a manufacturer’s fault or arrive damaged. We will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction, and often give you options to ensure you get the best outcome for you.

We will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault, or are not fit for the purpose described. If this happens, please contact us with details of the fault, including a photo if possible. Often, this means we can send out your replacement before you return the faulty item, solving the problem faster.

If your item has been damaged or is faulty, email us at augustboutique@hotmail.com with all the relevant details. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, and August Boutique reserves the right to request a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll work with you to make sure you’re fully taken care of.
